Baskara company , located in Khorasan Razavi , Iran has set up the latest quality control laboratories , processing and packaging unit’s.
The raw material , is gathered from our family owned lands and a trusted network of farmer’s , packed in bulk and consumer packages.

Consequently , we have maintained consistent product excellence , providing all type’s of Iranian saffron.
Planting saffron
At first step , we begin with providing high grade saffron onion. Then we plant the onion’s at the depth of 15 to 20 cm with adequate distance in late summer. Irrigation will be applied regularly between 3 to 4 times. We fertilize the soil before and after harvesting saffron flower and at last we prepare the soil for harvesting.
Saffron harvesting
In the early Autumn , onions begin to bloom and workers start harvesting the flower manually and very cautiously. Then they put the flowers in carrying basket’s to transfer them to processing workshop.
Cleaning saffron
After transferring flowers to the workshop , workers separate the red stigma from the flower. Then worker’s dry the saffron by using advanced machinery that changes th saffron to Super Negin. At this delicate stage we are able to provide several varieties of saffron including : pushali , sargol negin , super negin and Royal super negin.
Packing
After the processing stage , dry saffron will be sent to packaging and sorting unit’s . at this stage, dried saffron will be sorted by worker’s and sorting machine’s . and then packaging will be applied in different weight’s by accurate scale’s. at this stage packaging will be done according to client’s need’s and order’s.
